Tandoori chicken

INGREDIENTS:
  • Oil-2tbsp
  • Chicken legs- 3
  • Coriander Powder-1/2tsp
  • Cumin Seed Powder-1/2tsp
  • Garam masala pdr-1/2tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
  • Red Chili Powder-1tsp
  • Salt-to taste1
  • Turmeric-1tsp
  • Chat masala-to taste
  • Yogurt-4tbsp
  • Lemon Juice-1tbsp
  • Red color-1tsp
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Clean the chicken legs and Cut 2 or 3 long slits on each side.
  2. Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients and keep it aside for at least 4 hours
  3. Add some oil on the top.
  4. Preheat your oven to 420 degree Fahrenheit.
  5. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes or till the chicken is tender.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Serve hot with roasted vegetables.
