Tandoori chicken
INGREDIENTS:
- Oil-2tbsp
- Chicken legs- 3
- Coriander Powder-1/2tsp
- Cumin Seed Powder-1/2tsp
- Garam masala pdr-1/2tsp
- Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
- Red Chili Powder-1tsp
- Salt-to taste1
- Turmeric-1tsp
- Chat masala-to taste
- Yogurt-4tbsp
- Lemon Juice-1tbsp
- Red color-1tsp
DIRECTIONS:
- Clean the chicken legs and Cut 2 or 3 long slits on each side.
- Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients and keep it aside for at least 4 hours
- Add some oil on the top.
- Preheat your oven to 420 degree Fahrenheit.
- Cook for 30 to 35 minutes or till the chicken is tender.
- Remove from oven.
- Serve hot with roasted vegetables.
